Apparel: The current agreement we have previously received with Adidas expired on June 30, 2020. If the existing expired contract has been extended, please send the new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Under Armor, etc.). In addition, please send any other current apparel contracts.
Apparel: The current agreement we have previously received with Under Armour is set to expire on June 30, 2025. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. In addition, please send any other current apparel contracts.
Bookstore: The current agreement we have previously received with an in-house provider expired on June 30, 2020. If the existing expired contract has been extended, please send the new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Barnes & Noble and Follett, etc.).
Concessions: The current agreement we have previously received with Wichita Canteen Company expired on June 30, 2020. If the existing expired contract has been extended, please send the new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Aramark, Sodexo, etc.).
Concessions: The current agreement we have previously received with Wichita Canteen Company is set to expire on June 30, 2025. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend.
Merchandising: According to an online source, Wichita State University and/or its Athletics Department has a contract with Fanatics for Merchandising rights. Please email a copy of this contract and any other current merchandising rights contracts.
Multimedia: The current agreement we have previously received with Outfront Media / Playfly Sports is set to expire on June 30, 2023. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) agreements (through firms such as INFLCR, Opendorse, Altius, Compass, NOCAP, SAIL, etc.). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.
Outsourced Ticketing (through firms such as Aspire, Taymar, Collegiate Consulting, etc.). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.
Pouring Rights: The current agreement we have previously received with Pepsi expired on June 30, 2020. If the existing expired contract has been extended, please send the new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Coke, Pepsi, Gatorade, Powerade, etc.).
Ticketing: The contract that was provided previously with Learfield Img College (Ticketing) / Paciolan may have auto-renewed according to its terms; provided however, if new terms have been memorialized in a new contract document, then I request that new document (such as an amendment or new contract).
Trademark: The contract that was provided previously with Learfield Licensing / Learfield IMG College (TM) may have auto-renewed according to its terms; provided however, if new terms have been memorialized in a new contract document, then I request that new document (such as an amendment or new contract).
Part 3: NIL Endorsement Compliance / Reporting – copies of documents submitted to the athletic department by student-athletes regarding any signed NIL deals/endorsements in accordance with state NIL law and/or department compliance policies
