All e-mails sent by Jay Golden (jay.golden@wichita.edu, president@wichita.edu and/or any other account used by Jay Golden in his official capacity as Wichita State President) and all replies for the time period Monday, September 21, 2020 to Saturday, September 26, 2020.
As previously noted, this request yielded nearly 1,000 emails, many of which were multiple pages and contained attachments. Additionally, please see KORA #892 for those emails that are responsive to your request for the address president@wichita.edu. Additional records responsive to this request for both email addresses are being withheld pursuant to K.S.A. 45-221(a)(2); K.S.A 45-221(a)(4); and K.S.A. 45-221(a)(20).
The amount of time it has taken to review these emails and corresponding attachments has far exceeded our initial estimate of $974.26. The current balance of The Eagle’s $1,500 credit is $1,232. Reducing this balance by the initial estimate would leave a remaining balance of $257.74. In the spirit of partnership, instead of charging The Eagle the actual additional time it has taken us to review and fulfill this request, we have simply reduced the amount of the credit by the remaining balance of $257.74. This brings the amount of credit to $0. Accordingly, going forward, fees and costs will be assessed according to WSU’s policy.
The University now considers request #886 closed.
