Any and all communication, written or electronic, between head basketball coach Gregg Marshall and athletic director Darron Boatright, and/or former university presidents John Bardo and/or Jay Golden and any and all communication, written or electronic, between athletic director Boatright, Bardo and/or Golden that includes the keywords “Gregg Marshall” and/or “investigation,” for the following timeframes: from October 22, 2015 through December 31, 2016 and/or January 1, 2020 to present. Please exclude any advertisements or third-party solicitations not related to university business.
Attached please find all records in WSU’s possession responsive to your request. Additional records responsive to this request are being withheld pursuant to K.S.A. 45-221(a)(1); K.S.A. 45-221(a)(2); and K.S.A. 45-221(a)(4). All fees for this request have been waived. The University now considers this second amendment to request #904 closed.
